Puget Sound Infusion Nurse Spring Seminar
The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors and speakers is our highest priority. Given increasing concerns regarding COVID-19, we will be CANCELING the Puget Sound INS spring seminar.
We understand there will be many questions and concerns. We are taking the following immediate actions, for your convenience:

Your meeting registration will be automatically transferred to the new dates once decided. If you need to cancel, you must send a request in writing to psinspresident@gmail.com for a full refund.

Those that received a scholarship to attend either 1 day or 2 day will still be honored at the future seminar date.
